Hello,

I’m the person behind RestSoul.

For a long time, I’ve been interested in understanding why we think the way we do, why we struggle with certain habits, why motivation comes and goes, and why making simple changes can sometimes feel so difficult.

I don’t have everything figured out, and I don’t want to pretend that I do.

I’m learning through my own experiences, mistakes, observations, and the questions that come up in everyday life. Some lessons take time to understand, and some only become clear after we experience them ourselves.

That curiosity is one of the reasons I started RestSoul.

I wanted to create a place where I could collect my thoughts, explore ideas, share what I learn, and perhaps give someone else a useful perspective along the way.

I also believe that writing forces us to think more clearly. When I research a topic, put my thoughts into words, or reflect on an experience, I often learn something new myself.

So RestSoul isn’t just a platform where I share things with others.

It is also part of my own learning journey.

I’m still learning. Still experimenting. Still making mistakes. And still trying to understand what it means to live a meaningful life.

If something I write makes you stop, think, question, or see your own life from a slightly different perspective, then I’m glad you found your way here.

Thank you for being here.
